We are also happy to arrange private team trainings
in 2 hours slots.

TERM 1: Pre-season Fitness, Movement and Ball skills
This is the recommended term for preparing for school trials or if you are new to the sport and are wanting a basic foundation in netball rules, footwork and ball handling.
TERM 2 and TERM 3: In season: Skills based trainings.
Extra training for those playing for their schools and are looking for extra coaching to combine with the skills they may already be learning in their own teams.
TERM 4: BLITZ TOURNAMENT TEAMS in training and BLITZ Coaches Dedicated to our Indoor Superleague Teams at this time.
(No public intake in Term 4.)
Tournament and Competition teams are invitation only.
