Our program runs: Week 2 - Week 7 of Term 1, 2, 3

​

• We run six week blocks for the public

• The last week of each block is 'bring a friend'  week.

• Participants are invited to bring a friend to train and take part in trainings and games.'

• Our club teams are invitation only depending on potential, skill level, resilience and dedication to training.
